Does any of this feel familiar?

Sometimes it’s hard to name what’s wrong — only that something has changed. You don’t need the right words to reach out.

  • You feel overwhelmed, but don’t know why.
  • You’re functioning — but you’re exhausted.
  • You don’t recognise yourself anymore.
  • Your feelings change with your menstrual cycle.
  • You’ve always been anxious, but it’s getting harder to manage.
  • You’ve had a baby, but you’re not feeling the way you expected.
  • Your mood changed during perimenopause.

How I can help

Women’s mental health, across every stage

Women’s mental health can be shaped by hormones, reproductive experiences, relationships, work, family, sleep, physical health and the many roles women carry. Care should consider the whole person — not just a diagnosis.

Premenstrual syndrome (PMS) and premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD).

Pregnancy & postpartum

Depression, anxiety, intrusive thoughts and emotional adjustment before and after birth.

Perimenopause & menopause

Mood changes, anxiety, sleep difficulties and the psychological impact of hormonal transition.

Anxiety & depression

Thoughtful assessment and personalised treatment for persistent anxiety, depression and mood difficulties.

Life transitions

Support through relationships, motherhood, career changes, loss, identity and major life transitions.

Trauma & complex mental health

A sensitive, trauma-informed approach to understanding longstanding difficulties.

ADHD & women

Assessment and treatment where ADHD symptoms intersect with women’s mental health and life stages.

Dr Kanodia also provides assessment and management of broader conditions including mood and bipolar disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder and adjustment difficulties.
